The Boston Compact is a community of district, charter, and Catholic school educators, administrators, and schools who believe that multi-sector engagement is a powerful way to drive meaningful change for students in Boston.

We bring a diverse array of perspectives, experiences and knowledge to address challenges in the city’s education ecosystem.

We share a commitment to improving outcomes for historically underserved students, particularly students with disabilities, Black and Latino boys, and English learners.
